We’re excited to share another production update on our Gen 2 CNC machines and the new Apprentice Series as we complete the final stages of preparation.
Gen 2 Elite
Batch 1 Shipping Starting This Week
Good news — the components that were previously held in customs for the Gen 2 Elite have cleared and arrived at our facility on Monday, February 2nd.
We have begun shipping Batch 1 Gen 2 Elite orders on Wednesday/Thursday (February 4th/5th).
We will initially ship a smaller quantity of machines to ensure safe delivery, verify packaging performance, and gather early feedback. Once confirmed, we will quickly ramp up to larger batch shipments. No need to check in with our team for shipping estimates. When yours is in queue to ship, you will get email confirmation with tracking numbers!
Gen 2 Elite orders that have 65mm Spindle Mount:
Customers who ordered Gen 2 Elite machines with 65mm spindle mounts may see a slight delay. The machines themselves are ready; however, the new 65mm dust boot arrived today and is being QC'd and processed. Once processed, machines with 65mm z sliders will begin shipping immediately.

Apprentice
Batch 1 is expected to start shipping Mid-February.
Production of the Apprentice CNC is progressing well, with mechanical and molded components already at the shop. Batch 1 of the Apprentice Series is expected to ship in early to mid-February as reported in the last update.
All parts currently on order will support the first four production batches of both the Gen 2 and Apprentice CNC models. As efficiencies improve, we expect shipping timelines for later batches to accelerate, and our team is already putting in extended hours to ensure we meet our delivery commitments.

The installation manual is currently being finalized. Expected to release at the same time as the machine starts shipping.

Heavy Duty Fixed Leg Stand Kit:
Batch 1 Resuming
The components for the Heavy Duty Fixed Leg Stand Kit arrived on Monday, February 2nd.
Our team is currently QC’ing and packaging the first units, with shipments expected to begin later this week or early next week.
