We’re excited to share another production update on our Gen 2 CNC machines and the new Apprentice Series!

Gen 2 Elite
Batch 1
Batch 1 is fully complete with the exception of:
Non-HMI Gen 2 orders
Woodworker Gen 2 models
We will be shipping the remainder of the batch 1 orders we've been holding the week of the 23rd, as the Woodworker tubes we've been waiting on will arrive this Monday/Tuesday.
MOTION SOFTWARE:
Non-HMI order have been held due to software being finalized. We expect the public release of the Realtime pc/mac software next week (when live, will be available here), therefore we are shipping out the few non-HMI order from Batch one 1 the week of the 23-27th!
Batch 2
Batch 2 is now close to 70% complete. We are slightly ahead of schedule and continuing to catch up thanks to added production hours.
CHANGES IN SHIPPING:
After shipping feedback has come in, we've made a change on the machine to prevent some common shipping damage due to customer feedback.
We now ship the X drag chain disconnected from the block, as it's been a common shipping damaged part. This step will be slightly different than the installation video.
Redline HMI (Touchscreen)
We now offer the Redline HMI touchscreen as a standalone product.
If you selected “No Screen” with your order and would like to add the HMI, you can purchase it directly from our website.

Apprentice
With the release of the software expected next week, we will begin shipping Apprentice orders in the later part of the week!
Apprentice owners can now purchase the optional HMI add-on if desired.
