Two ways to go BIG. One innovative solution.

Instead of Making the CNC Bigger, We Made the TABLE Move!

Traditional 4×8 CNC machines typically achieve their larger working area by extending the CNC gantry's travel, often using long rack-and-pinion drive systems.

We wanted to do things differently.

The FULL-EIGHT takes the proven speed, rigidity, and precision of our Elite Foreman 4×4 and combines it with an innovative, ball-screw-driven moving table.

The CNC stays in place while the table automatically advances your material!

This allows you to machine full 4×8 projects while maintaining the advantages of the compact, precision ball-screw-driven Onefinity Elite platform.

All the capability of a 4×8. All the precision you expect from Onefinity.

Automatic Tiling: No More Manually Moving Your Material!

If you've ever tried making a project larger than your CNC's cutting area, you're probably familiar with tiling.

You cut one section, stop the machine, manually move your material, realign everything, and then continue cutting.

It works, but it's time-consuming and leaves room for alignment errors.

The FULL-EIGHT changes that!

Here's how it works:

  1. Load your material. Place your full 4×8 sheet onto the FULL-EIGHT table.

  2. Start carving. Your Elite Foreman machines the first section of your project.

  3. Automatic advancement. The FULL-EIGHT moves the material into position for the next section.

  4. Keep creating. Your Onefinity machines the remaining section, completing your larger project.

No manually repositioning your material. No manually realigning between tiles.

And because the FULL-EIGHT uses precision ball-screw-driven advancement, each movement is designed for accurate, repeatable positioning.

From cabinetry and furniture to full-size signs, decorative wall panels, and production projects, you can now think well beyond 4×4.

Why Ball Screws Instead of Rack and Pinion?

Most traditional 4×8 CNC machines use rack-and-pinion drive systems to achieve their extended travel.

Those systems have their place, but they can require periodic adjustment and maintenance as components wear.

The FULL-EIGHT uses a different approach, combining the Elite Foreman's existing precision ball-screw-driven axes with automated ball-screw-driven material advancement.

That means:

  • Precision: Low-backlash motion for accurate, repeatable positioning.

  • Speed: Retain the Gen 2 Elite Foreman's rapid movement capabilities, up to 600 IPM on its X/Y axes.

  • Rigidity: Keep the solid 4×4 gantry structure rather than extending it to eight feet.

  • Less Maintenance: Avoid the long rack-and-pinion drive systems commonly found on traditional 4×8 CNC machines.

  • Consistency: Precise material advancement helps maintain alignment between tiled sections.

Bigger projects don't have to mean compromising on the performance you love about Onefinity.

Option 1: Upgrade Your Existing Elite Foreman With the FULL-EIGHT Table

Onefinity FULL-EIGHT 4×8 Auto-Tiling CNC Table Add-On

A 2026 WOOD Magazine Innovation Award Winner!

We couldn't be more excited that the FULL-EIGHT has been recognized as a 2026 WOOD Magazine Innovation Award winner!

The award recognizes the innovative moving-table concept that makes full 8-foot machining possible using a compact 4×4 CNC platform.

Instead of following the traditional approach to building a larger CNC, the FULL-EIGHT provides a different way to tackle full-sheet projects.

And we're proud to bring that innovation to Onefinity owners.

DOES THE FULL-EIGHT REQUIRE MORE SPACE THAN A TRADITIONAL 4×8 CNC?

Not necessarily!

While the FULL-EIGHT uses a moving table to automatically advance full-length material, its overall workspace requirements are comparable to those of traditional 4×8 CNC machines.

The FULL-EIGHT frame measures approximately 60⅛" wide × 98¼" long.

Recommended Workshop Space:

  • Minimum: 6' × 12.5'

  • Ideal: 10' × 14'

Traditional 4×8 CNC machines also require additional room for material loading, machine operation, cable management, and maintenance.

Bigger projects don't automatically mean needing a bigger workshop!

Bigger Projects. Bigger Possibilities.

Whether you're an existing Elite Foreman owner who wants to expand your machine or someone looking for a complete 4×8 CNC solution, the FULL-EIGHT opens up an entirely new world of possibilities.

Build larger furniture. Cut full-sheet cabinet components. Create oversized signs. Take on projects that simply weren't possible within a traditional 4×4 cutting area.

And do it while keeping the precision, speed, rigidity, and support that make Onefinity CNC machines stand out.
