PRECISION YOU CAN FEEL
Unlike traditional joystick-style controllers, the RealTime CNC Pendant features a high-resolution, 100-pulse-per-revolution optical handwheel.
Each click of the handwheel provides precise, controlled machine movement, giving you the tactile feedback needed for accurate positioning.
Need to move across your work area? Select a larger movement increment.
Need to make a tiny adjustment to your bit's position? Switch to a finer increment.
With three customizable movement scales (1X, 10X, and 100X), you can easily switch between faster positioning and incredibly fine adjustments.
You can even configure custom travel distances per revolution or per click, with separate settings for imperial and metric measurements.
MULTI-AXIS CONTROL
Quickly select the axis you want to move using the pendant's convenient rotary selector.
X-Axis: Move left and right.
Y-Axis: Move forward and backward.
Z-Axis: Raise and lower your cutting tool.
4th Axis: Control a compatible rotary axis or linear axis.
Additional Functions: Two extra selector positions can be assigned to supported functions such as spindle control or feed and speed overrides.
No more switching between on-screen controls just to make a small adjustment.

BUILT-IN STOP AND ENABLE BUTTONS

The RealTime CNC Pendant features a built-in mushroom-style stop button, allowing you to request a machine stop without reaching back to your controller or computer.
Because the pendant is connected by a flexible, coiled cable, you can move around your CNC and keep the stop control close at hand.
The pendant also includes a dedicated enable button to help prevent accidental machine movement while jogging.
These features add another level of convenience and operator control to your CNC workflow.
Note: The pendant's stop button sends a software stop request and is not a replacement for your machine's dedicated hardware stop system.

Precision Control With a Manual Handwheel
So, what makes this different from our traditional Joypad?
Instead of using joysticks or buttons to move your machine, the RealTime Jogging Pendant features a manual handwheel, also known as an MPG (Manual Pulse Generator).
As you rotate the handwheel, it generates pulses that tell your CNC exactly how far to move.
Each click of the dial produces precise, controlled movement, making it easy to position your machine exactly where you want it.
The pendant features a high-resolution, 100-pulse-per-revolution optical encoder, giving you excellent control over even the smallest movements.
You can select individual axes, including X, Y, Z, and additional axes for supported machine configurations.
You can also choose between three customizable movement scales:
1X: Fine movements for precise positioning
10X: Medium movements for everyday adjustments
100X: Larger movements for quickly positioning your machine
Each scale can be customized with your preferred travel distance per click or revolution, with separate settings for imperial and metric measurements.
This makes the pendant especially useful when:

The pendant's cable allows you to move around your CNC while keeping the stop button conveniently within reach.
Whether you're standing at the front of your machine, working along the side, or positioning a workpiece, you can keep the pendant close by.
